  11. Enter Singer/Group at A17, C17, albumn at A18 C18. These will 
  12. automatically be inserted at B33 and B34.

  14. Print out on an Epson compatible using condensed mode.

  16. Cut to size (a paper guillotine will help).

  18. Fold along Row 16. The top bit gets tucked inside, Row 17 onwards acts 
  19. as your outside cover.
